Preamble
This consent declaration is made in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as all other relevant data protection regulations. The applicable legal provisions in their current version apply to this agreement.
This consent declaration concerns the processing, in particular the collection and use of personal data within the meaning of the BDSG and GDPR by the controller, taking into account the consent of the data subject. Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person ("data subject").

2. Subject and Purpose of Consent
We kindly ask you to give us consent to use your contact details as well as your child's data to carry out our described fit check campaign. For this purpose, we use your contact details (last name, first name, phone number, email address) to contact you regarding our campaign. We also use the provided data of your child (head circumference, gender) to prepare and conduct our campaign.
3. Duration of Processing
Your consent is of course voluntary and you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future, in whole or in part. Your data will be deleted if you revoke your consent or if we no longer need the data for the described purposes, i.e., after the end of the campaign. Please note, however, that in individual cases statutory retention periods may prevent complete deletion.
4. Recipients of Your Data
We only transmit your personal data to third parties if this is legally permitted or you have given your consent. Recipients of your personal data can primarily be other companies with which we have business relations. In individual cases, data may be transmitted to other authorized recipients. If data transmission takes place, we always consider the technical and organizational measures of the recipients according to Art. 32 GDPR.
5. Your Rights
You and your child have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you (Art. 15 GDPR). You can also request correction of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR). Furthermore, under certain conditions, you have the right to deletion of data (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of data processing (Art. 18 GDPR), and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You have the right to revoke consent at any time for future processing (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). Additionally, you may have the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR in case of processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.

The legal basis for this data processing is your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.
7. Provision of Personal Data
The provision of the named data is neither contractually nor legally required. If you do not provide the data, no contact or data storage will take place.
