In the following, personal designations apply equally to persons of both male and female gender.

By participating in the competition you accept the following terms and conditions:

  1. The organizer of the competition is Sterntaler GmbH, Werkstrasse 6-8, 65599 Dornburg-Dorndorf, Phone: +49 (0) 6436-509-0, service@sterntaler.com.
  2. The competition begins on April 16, 2025, and ends on April 22, 2025.
  3. The following prize will be raffled off: a €1,000 voucher for the Blauer Gockel holiday farm association. The voucher can be redeemed at the winner's preferred farm upon request and subject to availability.
  4. Eligible to participate are natural persons who are of legal age (i.e., at least 18 years old) and have full legal capacity ("participants") at the time of participation and who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland. Employees of Sterntaler GmbH and other persons involved in the implementation of the competition, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Also excluded are persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation (e.g., through the use of competition machines). In these cases, prizes may be revoked and/or reclaimed retroactively.
  5. The participation fee consists of following the Sterntaler social media channel on which the competition takes place (Facebook or Instagram), as well as that of the cooperation partner the Blauer Gockel and linking of the channels (Facebook or Instagram), to like the competition post and to leave a comment under the post as requested.
  6. Each participant may only enter the competition once. Failure to comply with the rules or repeated participation by a participant will result in their exclusion from the competition.
  7. Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services. Participants are solely responsible for the costs associated with participating online (internet connection fee).
  8. The winner will be randomly selected from among those participants who have complied with the terms and conditions. If multiple entries are received, the winner will be chosen by drawing lots.
  9. The winner will be contacted promptly and asked to confirm their contact details to verify their details. The winner will be contacted promptly by the official company account @sterntalergmbh. The winner's data will be transferred to Blauer Gockel – Bauernhof- und Landurlaube eV (Max-Joseph-Str. 7a, 80333 Munich) to send the voucher, for further arrangements, and to process the booking.
  10. Cash payment of the prize or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is non-transferable. The right to the prize expires if the prize cannot be delivered within four (4) weeks of its dispatch for reasons attributable to the winner.
  11. Sterntaler GmbH reserves the right to suspend the competition completely or temporarily, or to terminate it prematurely, if this is reasonably necessary, particularly for technical or legal reasons. Sterntaler GmbH will exercise this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g.If, for example, viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed, participants will not have any claims against Sterntaler GmbH as a result. If such a disruption to the conduct of the competition is caused by the negligent conduct of a participant, Sterntaler GmbH may demand compensation for the resulting damages from that participant.
  12. The liability of Sterntaler GmbH, its executive bodies, employees, and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, regardless of the legal basis, is limited to intent or gross negligence, except for personal injury, expressly stated guarantees, or damages within the scope of the Product Liability Act. The above limitation of liability also applies in particular to damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, malfunctions of technical systems and services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses. Sterntaler GmbH is not liable for material and/or legal defects in the prizes offered.
  13. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Furthermore, mandatory provisions, in particular the law of the country in which the participant has his or her habitual residence, remain unaffected if the participant is a consumer.

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners and any assessment of the content of the submitted competition entries.

  1. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by the valid provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.

The processing of data when participating in the campaign is carried out by Sterntaler GmbH. After the campaign has ended, all stored data will be deleted. Your personal data, which you provide to us as part of the promotion (first and last name, email address, postal code, place of residence, other personal data), will be collected, processed, and used solely for the purpose of implementing the promotion. The promotion will be carried out and processed by Sterntaler GmbH, which will collect, store, and use the data necessary to carry out the promotion in compliance with data protection regulations. The winner's personal data will also be transmitted to the Sonnenpark Hotel for the purpose of processing the prize. You have the right to information about your stored data at any time. Furthermore, if the legal requirements are met, you have the right to correct, block, or delete your data, and to transfer the data provided.
