OEKO-TEX Standard 100
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances. It stands for customer trust and high product safety. The extensive catalogue of measures for testing for harmful substances covers the current legal regulations and checks future developments for relevance.
• The regulations on prohibited azo dyes, formaldehyde, nickel, etc. are included in the test catalogue.
• Chemicals that pose a health risk are tested even if they are not yet regulated by law.
• Requirements of Annexes XVII and XIV of the REACH Regulation and the ECHA SVHC Candidate List are covered by the testing procedure.
• The OEKO-TEX® Laboratory tests include around 100 test parameters and take into account the intended use of the textiles. The more intensive the skin contact of a textile product, the stricter the limit values for each product class.
