How to measure correctly?

  1. Measure the foot from the heel to the longest toe (ideally standing against a wall!).
  2. Mark the longest toe, holding the pen as straight as possible at a 90° angle.
  3. Measure the horizontal distance between the wall and the toe mark.

Measure both feet, as they can be different lengths. The longer foot is decisive.

How to measure correctly?

  1. Stretch the hand flat.
  2. Use a ruler or measuring tape to measure the length from the wrist crease to the tip of the longest finger.
  3. Additionally, the hand circumference can be measured to determine the size as accurately as possible.

How to measure correctly?

Place the measuring tape above the eyebrow around the back of the head.

The measured size corresponds to the head circumference in cm.


Quick tip: If you don’t have a measuring tape, a string works too. Simply wrap this around the head and then measure with a ruler.
