I love being able to pass on my knowledge to the women in family support and seeing them leave my courses informed and empowered (both physically and emotionally). It also makes my Heart soar when my eldest daughter writes in her friends’ book, in the “what I would like to be when I grow up” section: the same as my mom 😊

My career highlights
