Returns
You can return items to us within the statutory cancellation period.
Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge.
For returns from France, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy, customers bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
Please send the goods back sufficiently stamped to the return address specified in the cancellation policy. Unpaid returns cannot be accepted.
In case of returns, the costs for any selected express shipping will not be refunded.
