Meaning of the care symbols

Here we explain how to properly “interpret” the care labels in our garments!

Washing & Drying

  • Maximum washing temperature 30°

  • Delicate washing cycle

  • Special gentle wash cycle (e.g., for wool)

  • Maximum washing temperature 40°

  • Maximum washing temperature 60°

  • Maximum washing temperature 95°

  • Hand wash

  • Do not wash

  • Suitable for tumble drying

  • Dry, low temperature

  • Dry, room temperature

  • Do not tumble dry

Ironing & Bleaching

  • Iron at a maximum temperature of 110°C.

  • Iron at a moderate temperature, max. 150°

  • Iron at high heat, max. 250°

  • Do not iron

  • Chlorine and oxygen bleach permitted

  • Do not bleach

Dry cleaning

  • Not suitable for dry cleaning

  • Can be dry cleaned

  • Gentle dry cleaning
