Suitable TOG value:
The so-called TOG value (from English: Thermal Overall Grade) is a unit of measurement that indicates the thermal resistance of textiles: The higher the TOG value of the Sleeping Bag, the warmer the Sleeping Bag is:
● winter Sleeping Bags typically have TOG values between 2–3.5 TOG,
● while summer Sleeping Bags have values between 0.5–1.5 TOG.
The ideal TOG value depends on the season and especially on the room temperature where your baby sleeps. For relaxed baby sleep, a room temperature between 16 and 18 degrees is considered optimal for the sleeping environment.
