From what age can children wear rubber boots?

For children who cannot yet walk, rubber boots are by no means recommended, as the children's feet cannot find sufficient support in the boots. Therefore, the timing depends on your child's development. As a rough estimate, the age between 1–2 years applies. Our tip: If your little one is still too small for children's rubber boots but still wants to go outside in rainy weather, then our rain overshoes are a good solution, as these children's shoes are specially designed for smaller children who cannot yet walk.

How should rubber boots fit?

Rubber boots are generally cut a bit wider. For optimal comfort in length, it is recommended to have about 1 cm of space between the toe and the boot. The width of the boots must also fit your child's foot and must be neither too tight nor too wide to prevent blisters and to ensure your little one has enough support in the shoes.
