In the production of our sleeping bags, we use HYDROCOOL® microfiber lining, which has a temperature-regulating effect: it provides cooling at warm temperatures and keeps warm at cooler temperatures. Due to the balancing properties of the material, the sleeping bag can be perfectly used for summer and winter.
✓ Integrated cuffs on the inner sleeping bag
The lightweight Sterntaler inner sleeping bag with long sleeves features protective cuffs at the sleeve ends, keeping your little one safe from scratches and cold hands. In cooler temperatures, this inner bag can also be combined with the Sterntaler baby sleeping bag (0.5, 1.5, or 3.5 TOG; with armholes) as an outer bag.

Which Baby Sleeping Bag for Summer or Spring: What’s Important?
● Right sleeping bag size
The most important criterion for a baby sleeping bag—regardless of the season—is the size. Whether pear-shaped or in a modern straight cut: our baby sleeping bags fit close to the body around the chest, ensure good air circulation around the baby’s legs, and offer enough freedom of movement for kicking and stretching the legs. ● TOG value for the ideal sleeping temperature
Besides the right size and sufficient freedom of movement, the term TOG value sooner or later comes up when discussing baby or child sleeping bags. The TOG unit measures the thermal resistance of textiles—the higher the TOG value, the warmer the sleeping bag.
Our spring and summer sleeping bags have a TOG value of 0.5–1.5 TOG.
